The project will explore options to create apartments designed to national space standards and London Plan on a tight urban site.

The site at ground level can only accommodate a one bedroom flat with amenity space. By cantilevering the building over the access route, and providing amenity space at roof level, the flats at first and second floor level were enlarged to two bedroom units.
We are in consultation with the London Borough of Wandsworth planning department, and aim to submit a planning application later this year.
This follows the successful planning application of our most recent residential project, Wilde Road in Erith, Bexley.
