Within the practice we operate a specialist housing team which includes architects, technologists and graphic designers, allowing us to support our clients with a wide range of design, technical and marketing information. We also offer high quality computer generated imagery as an additional service. Current initiatives include:

Student & Key Worker

Our portfolio includes Holyport College, with 225 boarding spaces, severe special needs accommodation at National Star College & large blocks of Key Worker accommodation such as Canada House for the Surrey & Sussex NHS Trust.

Developer Led Residential

We provide proofing layouts & masterplans for urban & green field developments including the design of individual houses up to large apartment buildings. Recent examples include Egley Road in Woking & Burcarts in Colchester

We also have a portfolio of community led schemes such as care homes & homes for the older generation. We have also completed schemes for those with special needs, such as respite accommodation, an example being Cissbury Lodge in Woking.

Burcarts, Colchester

The intention for Burcarts was for the building to engage with the public nature of the street whilst also driving the desire for high quality design. The building also needed to follow existing indented urban grain whilst also offering high quality, secure and usable amenity space.

St Giles, Peckham

St Giles in Peckham is a 64 apartment key worker building which has a mixture of studio, one and two bedroom apartments and also provides accommodation for the St Giles Locality through South London and Maudsley NHS trust.

Canada House, Surrey

The existing buildings at Canada House did not lend themselves to the most efficient use of space. This led us to try and create a design that not only gave a more attractive layout for residents but also to try and rationalise the street whilst helping the views from within the apartments.
